Spark Plug Help

I need my spark plugs replaced, what else am i looking to replace alos at 60k, the coils?? what plugs do i use and can any one out there that has done this before help me replace mine??? thanks guys

fuel filter, tranny fluid, rear diff fluid, air filter, oil, oil filter, pcv, spark plugs, and i'm sure i'm forgetting a few things.
