Unwritten rules...

-Leave at least a 1 urinal spacing, unless dividers are used.
-While relieving yourself, it is only acceptable to look up, or down to watch your aim. NEVER make eye contact.
-If conversation is made, subjects are to include nothing that could be insinuated badly from those in stalls, or vice versa.
-Stall talk should be kept minimal, unless to ask for a ply or two.
-Stall noises are fine. A silent stall leads to worries, however, a particularly noisy stall will get you unwanted attention.
-Keep your stall smell to yourself. Courteousy flushes after every movement is appreciated.

There's much more, of course.

In that case, I make sure to make a lot of noise in a stall next to him. In highschool, I used to bring ketchup and mayo packets in with me, and well, you can imagine the rest.

Just carry around a hershey's bar...if they pick the stall next to you rub some chocolate on your hand reach under the stall and ask for some extra tiolet paper...that should scare em away!

You could always piss in his stall from your stall. Once he leaves sit down and finish the job, but always use the sometimes provided ass gasket.
