a cop was coming the other way As I passed him he pulled a U turn and pulled me over. He said I was doing 47 in a 35, yet he pulled me over past the 50 MPH speedlimit sign that was behind us about 1000 feet or so. Also...He clocked me as i passed the 35 MPH sign and theres a gap between that sign and the 50 MPH sign.

I tookpictures of my car past the sign, Its unfair because i wasnt going that fast, But thats the cops word against mine...I was just curious If i have a chance fighting it since I was past the posted speed limit of 50

it doesnt matter where he stopped you, it matters where the infraction took place. If you were speeding in the 35 zone but got stopped in the 50zone it doesnt matter. sorry, but go to court anyway and try to get the points dropped.
