SEPA: need an engine hoist/stand/worklights?

Outfit your garage for engine swaps for free!

I have an engine hoist, 750LB engine stand, and two sets of work lights - one is a pair of 500W halogen lights on a 6' tripod the other is a single halogen lamp on a small stand. problem is, I live in an apartment and have no storage and no garage.

So here's the deal:

You get: free, unlimited, use of my engine hoist, 750LB stand, and work lights - as long as they stay in good, working order (normal wear and tear is fine) My only request is that they be stored inside and you replace any bulbs that burn out (i think i have one spare in each light already, just in case)

I get: Somewhere to keep my engine hoist, 750LB stand, and work lights until I have my own home to store them at. If, by chance, I need this stuff sometime I would give you at least a weeks notice and come pick it up and drop it off, so as to inconvenience you as little as possible.

I need his crap out of the back of my truck - it's costing me money in fuel economy and tolls (i weigh enough with it to be considered a "class 2" vehicle) and makes it a PITA to haul anything.

I've got a crappy creeper and possibly a jack & jack stands I can include if you really want 'em.

the lights are great hen you need them, and don't take much space when you don't - in detroit i kept the big ones in my parents garage tucked in a corner in front of the corvette.

the hoist folds up and takes about 2'X2' of floor space - the stand can tuck under a table or something, unless of course you have an engine on it ;)

i've got a load leveler for the hoist as well, completely forot that - makes it much easier to get subaru motors in and out, as the trans sits at a bit of a funny angle, and is super useful if you ever get stuck pulling a FWD motor/trans ;)
