Carbon Fiber hood on Evo

Im getting a carbon fiber hood on ym Evo. Its the CW-style by seibon
http://www.seibon.com/pdut_detail_pic.asp?ItemID=486
obviously there is a big went in the OEM hood, but on this particular hood there are to side vents, 1 of which is right above the air intake filter..does anyone think that this is a problem in the rain?

thanks for the input

I have the same one on mine...Seems to do fine....I just dont have plastic vents from the stock hood underneath this one so everything kinda goes right in the engine.....And prepare for it to sit over to one side to much..
