That can't be right. What they probably said to you is once we tow it to your house, any tow from your house will be at your expense. You can be towed anywhere, but if the car is at a machanic shop, you can only be towed to a place of repair which means not your house.

Nope, I said very clearly I just want it to be towed to my house where I will repair it. They said " We can't do that, since it was in an accident we can only tow it directly to a mechanic shop"

That can't be true bro. No way. Little falls is Pasaic county which is club 075 AAA North Jersey automobile club. If the car was in an accident, didn't the police tow it? If so pay the police tow and submit the bill to AAA for reimbursment, I am sure they will help you out. Hit me up on aim later and I will help you out with other questions you have.

This does sound really wierd. If your car is in an accident the police will not let you call AAA. (that is if the police are involved) It sounds like maybe the po-po towed your vehicle to a shop and now you want it towed home. Is this correct?

Nah the police towed it first to a yard. I'm trying to pick it up now from that place. I already got someone to tow it to my house but I'm just pissed off AAA didn't do it

You see what you just said? That is not what you originally said. Here is what they are trying to say. Once at a repair you can only be towed to a repair station. In this case it's at an impound lot, they should tow it to your house at no cost but they will strongly enforce the one time tow per disablement, which means once they tow it to your home, any tow from your home would be at your expense.

It's at a chevy dealership. I didn't use triple A to get it towed there though I paid for it so aren't I still entitled to my one time tow?

Now it's at a place of repair. They will not tow it to your home, only to another place of repair. They may grant you a one time tow since they didn't tow you there, just call and see if they will. I am not to familair with north jersey AAA, but pretty sure they will.

but it's not at a place of repair, it's at a place of storage. Chevy doesn't touch honda's

Yea, the police here only use that chevy dealership the tow guy is on call 24/7 and the lot is big.

hmmm make sure you specify that when you call, that may be a factor. I am not sure what happened and I can only give you advice to call back and give them the information again.
