expensive parts suck

So we took the 1997 900se turbo w/ 130k over to a saab dealer for an inspection.

Check engine light ($97 to put into computer) was on because all of my turbo hoses have cracks/leaks in them. -
-fixed for 84 dollars

Licence plate lights dont work
-fixed for 42 dollars

Fog light not working
-fixed for 38 dollars

Annoying sound while car is running, turned out to be a common sound made by saab alternators.
-looked at for 87 dollars
-no signs of wearing

Ball Joint needs to be replaced.
-wanted to charge 600 dollars, we passed on that.

End results: New hoses, check engine light off, new fog light, new license plate lights. NO INSPECTION

What i need: (please help me get them cheap)
New Ball joint
New front air dam/spoiler
New Right side Headlight housing
New alternator depending on price and how annoying the sound gets.
