If you go with the 255 you run the risk of over running your stock FPR. If you go with the 190lph pump you can run the stock fpr.
What are your power goals for the car? A 190 pump should be good for 550's. Don't forget to test the stock wireing for the fuel pump and make sure the pump is getting the full voltage that its supposed to be getting.

i wondered about the two options as well. i have a 255 just cause thats what everyone who does similar upgrades on a wrx/sti does and i figured i'd just follow the pack on that one, but i would think the 190 would be enough for me.
the pump is loud, it annoys me... guess thats the cost i have to pay to drive the fastest car ever. kidding.
