Product Development Manager

Mishimoto Automotive, the world leader in performance cooling products for the automotive industry, is looking for a dynamic, experienced Product Development Manager (PDM) to join our team of dedicated professionals. If you have a passion for identifying new product opportunities and managing them from identification to launch, we want to speak with you.

The PDM is a new position within Mishimoto and this individual will be charged with identifying, researching, managing, and presenting new product ideas and opportunities to the executive team. The Product Development Manager will either personally manage all aspects of bringing the product to market, or collaborate with our Project Managers to hand off the management of new opportunities for R&D and production. The Product Development Manager will also oversee the lifecycle of existing and new product lines. The Product Development Manager may have one or more direct reports for market research support, as well as manage outsourced resources and liaise effectively with internal resources.

The ideal candidate will be an auto enthusiast and possess the following key skill sets: business development, product management and product launch experience, negotiation skills, influencing skills and product lifecycle management experience.
