Figured I'd ask to see who's out there... I'm trying to build a custom Facebook page utilizing the new Timeline that they are bringing out. You can create custom tabs and create completely custom pages within them using HTML / Java SDK and/or utilize Facebook Apps that are available.
I have a decent understanding of the setup, but have never done it, nor am I a HTML or Java guy so the learning curve is steep. If anyone has experience with this stuff and can help me out that would be awesome. Let me know, thanks!

is the layout designed? is there a clear understanding of what you want/need done? what's your budget?

My skills are very novice in this kind of thing, but I wouldn't mind being involved just for the learning experience.
