need tires mounted

Wanna see if anyone around the NE Philly area can do low pro tires for cheap.. I have a guy that will mount regular size down to a 45 series tire for $30 mounted and balanced for all 4 but he doesnt like to do lower pro tires unless its really wide and compensates for thinner profile tires.. I have a set of 215 40 16 mounted on a set of new rims that I dont really like,, I just recently ordered new rims and need my tires swapped over.. Im not cheap or anything like that,, but I am very indecisive and it adds up very fast swapping rims and tires every now and then... just wondering if theres anyone around that can do it for a better price than $45-60 a set.... My cuz that works at a local toyota dealership does a set for me for $40 but hes not the easiest to get to due to his busy life at work and rushing to go home to watch his kids,, so I try not to bother him unless absolutely necessary..

I called them before,, they wanted $30 to mount a 275 30 20.. a bit pricy if you ask me... thanks anyway

WHEEL size and if theyre directional how do you want them... theyre used tires...and would you want them on a specific way or just throw on disregarding tread depths, i just want the details as i wont be able to be there in person to explain them to you or the technician doing the work. i would like to know what kind of tire theyre going on and rim(stretching tires isnt a problem but ive had my shares of certain annoying tires)Honestly ballpark 40 dollars+valvestems/tpms gaskets price will go up depending on if the old wheels+tires are on the car and if your trying to stretch a 215 40 16 on a 9+ inch wide wheel

so 40 bucks gets you labor to remove and replace 4 tires and balance OFF THE CAR meanwhile going to a shop would charge you .3 to .5(flat rate hours) a wheel @ $75-$100 an hour bringing you to around $90+

$45-$60 is a good price...that would cover a TINY fraction on how much a tire machine and balancer costs let alone a good wheel weight hammer

Imo if your constantly changing wheels/tires work at a shop that allows access to the equipment or invest in a manual tire mounting or dismounting stand+a brake spoon and pay $30+ dollars for someone to balance them
