Ipod help

I was uploading a video yesterday onto my 30g ipod and it kinda just froze up. Its stuck on the "Do Not Disconnect" screen. In iTunes it says there is no ipod connected so i cant eject it. It wont turn off or anything either. So after I tried everything else I tried just disconnecting and still nothing but that screen. Anyone have any ideas??
