Anyone willing to help me swap out a motor?

Hey guys,

I'm looking to swap out my tired 22RE in my 1986 Toyota 4Runner (300,000+ miles). I'd like to swap in either another 22RE (or just rebuild mine) or (more ideally) swap in a 7MGTE Supra motor.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience in swapping motors as I have none...

Thanks.

They are nice ppl, but as far as there work they wrapped my o2 sensor in tin foil, they used all the wrong fittings on my fuel pressure regulator and also hacked up all my wires and nerer used anything but electrical tape to connect everything.
