Just wondering how many TST'ers own and use tobacco vaporizers. I use a magic flight launch box myself, had a vaporgenie this past summer. There is plenty of smoking threads, but no vaporizers.

I only smoke out of a hookah which is basically the same thing as vaping. I quit cigs 3 weeks ago, and I'm weening myself off of my bowl.

Vaporizers do not burn the tobacco/herb. Totally different.

hookahs don't burn tobacco either. The coal basically cooks the tobacco which is vaporized through water. You exhale water vapor.

Hookah's don't burn either. The tobacco is never exposed to an open flame. I believe most ciggs burn at like 800 degrees while hookah tobacco is heated to 300 degrees.

I guess there is a tad bit of water vapor when you exhale just from passing through the water

Hookahs and vaporizers are similiar IMO I agree

Gotcha, i never used a hookah the right way.. my brother had one and we would smoke it like a regular water pipe. Like just light the herb in the bowl. Although we didnt use it with regular tobacco (not sure what rules are here for drugs). Wasnt sure if anyone used a vaporizer for other herbs. I think ill stick to my other forum for this talk. I dont wanna type the wrong thing..

Minus all the illegal modifications/inspections everyone does, gets and talks about, not to mention the distribution of those things through this site as well (I'm not talking about through vendors..I'm sure theyre all legit)

Go ahead and continue to talk about that **** all day long, members can trade stickers illegally without reprimand. But if you even mention that illegal plant that doesn't directly harm anyone (that's illegal largely because of racism and other illegitimate reasons were apparently not allowed to discuss here) TST mods will SHUT. If you want to have a mature discussion about marijuana or something else that is illegal (like a murder on the news, a robbery, etc.) then of course feel free. However TST is not a place to contribute to illegal activities (smoking marijuana, committing a robbery) so please do not discuss yourself or anyone actually doing anything illegal. I understand how that could be confused but we are trying to allow open discussion of as much as we can without leaving ourselves or our members potentially liable for anything.

No reason to turn it into some sort of over the top conspiracy theory... we're trying to give you as much free reign as is logical.
