I was wondering if anyone on here would know where to get front brakes for a 71 Datsun 1200. It's my cousin's project car and we can't find it for the life of us and was wondering if anyone here would give us a hint.

I am not sure but S30 front calipers might bolt up to those. Also check here for whatever you might need:

The main thing we need are the brakes we were able to find everything else after some insane searching and so on but the brakes are turning out to be the biggest beetch to find.

That site won't have the calipers, I already checked. But as I said there is a good chance that any S30 series caliper will bolt up. Toyota Hilux 4-piston calipers might also bolt up without any issues. I would look into both (if one fits, the other will fit). I have a set of calipers I could just give you if you are ever in the North NJ area.

And if you REALLY want to get crazy, I have a custom S30 Wilwood BBK (12.75"x1.25" two-piece rotors, 4-piston calipers) that will probably fit as well. Need at least 16" wheels, though.
