2nd Annual End Of Season Meet - FDR Park in Philly - 10/30 "Mischief Meet"

Your favorite fall car meet is back! Last year we had a couple hundred cars show up and this year we can expect the same amount, if not more. This is an all make and model car, truck and motorcycle meet. This is also open to other forums, photographers and car clubs, so spread the word and repost this. Last year we had a ton of fun and even brought a grille and gave away free food and drinks, so maybe we'll do that again this year. Flyer will be up soon.

Take I-76 E toward PHILADELPHIA
Merge onto S 26TH ST / PA-291 via EXIT 347A on the LEFT toward I-95 S / PENROSE AVE / INTL AIRPORT.
Turn LEFT onto PENROSE AVE.
Turn RIGHT onto PATTISON AVE.
Turn RIGHT into FDR Park.

FROM THE SOUTH
I-95 N
Take the PA-611 N / BROAD STREET exit- EXIT 17- toward PATTISON AVE.
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto S BROAD ST / PA-611 N.
Turn LEFT onto PATTISON AVE.
Turn LEFT into FDR Park.

FROM THE NORTH
I-95 S
Take the BROAD STREET exit- EXIT 17- toward PA-611 / PATTISON AVE.
Keep RIGHT at the fork to go on S BROAD ST / PA-611 N.
Turn SLIGHT LEFT.
Turn LEFT onto PATTISON AVE.
Turn LEFT into FDR Park.

FROM SO.JERSEY
NJ-42 N becomes I-76 W
Take EXIT 349 toward PA-611 / BROAD STREET / SPORTS COMPLEX. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto POLLOCK ST.
Turn LEFT onto S BROAD ST / PA-611 S
Turn RIGHT onto PATTISON AVE.
Turn LEFT into FDR Park.

ONCE YOU'RE INSIDE FDR PARK
The park's roads all go counter-clockwise. So when you enter, you will make a right.
Eventually you'll pass by parking lot for the FDR Golf Club.
TURN RIGHT at the STOP SIGN. This puts you on the drive that circumnavigates Meadow Lake and the rest of the park.
Stay on this road until you're riding right alongside the overpass. Look for a skate park under the i-95 bridge.

I'll see what I can do bout that grille. Last year we had it at 2pm and the turnout was amazing. I chose 2pm bc it was Sunday and I was thinking abt the church people and its after breakfast and lunch. Do u think I should make it at 1pm instead? Just thinking outloud

2 seamed to work pretty good. I am sure some will be there a little earlier like last year. Gives people a chance to go to church if they do, take the drive into South Philly and it leaves plenty of day light.

We had a blast last year and we expect the same this year! Who else is coming? About 250 cars showed up last year (this is an actual count, not Steve count)

Last year was a great turn out as the pics can show. Honestly a great settIng, cool cars, good people and one of the biggest and best car meets besides the Sonic meet.

I'll be bringing a ****load of food for everyone this year!

Hate to burst your bubble with this, but Picnic for Degenerates is the same day at FDR Park. The park is going to be absolutely mobbed with people. There were roughly 2500 people invited to that and the turnout is usually pretty substantial. Chances of getting a big enough spot will be slim to none.

Wtf is that? Lol And you have 2000 invited and less then a 100 people coming and we all know how that goes so not all 100 people will even show.... We had almost 3 times that last year. Also some horrible music and some even more ridiculous people on the youtube videos. lmao Looks to be more of a waste of space and use of the location more then anything. Go play somewhere else lol There is next to no info or pics/video of the events to begin with.

First of all, I'm not the one that created the event. Secondly, I'm not involved with that whatsoever. Third, I'm just trying to avoid there being an issue with getting a big enough spot for all the cars. Fourth, they have the spot reserved already. Fifth, there's no need to be a cocky prick about it. I'm just trying to get it to work out for a good time.

I'll be at the dyno day instead.
