Tint Ticket

Can a cop really follow me for almost a mile, I park, get out of my car, and am almost in my house, and he pull up out front turn his lights on and give me a ticket for tint at 10:30 at night.

I got a ticket fixed 2 weeks ago in ridley park, and now I have been pulled over by Ridley Park Police 3 times since. twice just to see my info and let me go with no reasoning at all, and now this. My tint is 35% and I asked him to test it, he said he didn't have too, that he has been doing this for 12 years, he knows it won't pass. and gave me a ticket. All of this at 10:30 at night, in complete darkness.

if you addressed the officer at your car with the same respect you are showing towards our members, I can see why he would respond to you in such a manner.

The TST officers do this as a volunteer service for our members, they are not on here 24-7. If you don't like the timeline on having your question answered, you are free to seek legal advice from an attorney.

Yes, a cop can follow you for as long as he wants. He can write you a ticket day or night for tint. He can turn his lights on and sirens on in front of you house. You also said that you tint is 35% but ur signature says 20% all around, so which is it?
