shop to cut and reweld intake manifold?

I'm working on my 73 volvo with the turbo motor swap, throttle body hits the steering shaft, need to have the manifold cut and rewelded at the correct angle, not looking to spend a ton, but i understand that tig welding is tedious and a skill that is not always readily available, any vendors do this?, i live near allentown pa, i think the manifold is cast aluminum. i would probably need it cut first and then take it home to determine the correct angle maybe take some pictures and bring it back
thanks! ~Joey
