I've ridden one before, and they're pretty cool. All the "difficult" stuff is already set-up when it comes out of the box and the big pieces only need to be put together. Put one together in about three hours (lunch included) in my bud's driveway last year. There is a member one here with one, I think his name is gsgnarr or something like that. I will say, that for the money, you could easily find an old Yamaha or Honda with a bigger engine that you'd actually be able to ride on the street and bob it for about as much as it'd take for them to ship you that kit.
