Red Ferrari 458 in Scranton, PA?

Anyone seen this one? Looks to be a younger professional looking guy. Saw him the other day at an ice cream shop on Keyser Avenue. I love the car, but I cannot for the life of me fathom why someone would drive a quarter of a million dollars worth of car on such terrible roads, or even how someone in this area affords something like that.

no offense but my dad grew up in scranton and that was my first thought too... I was up there last summer with my girl to visit one of her friends and its not like I remember from when I was a kid visiting my grandparents..

It probably belongs to Gress (as in Gress Refrigeration up there). I forget the one sons name, but he used to own Amnesia night club and always had a couple Ferraris. Their refrig plant is off of Keyser Ave up there so I wouldn't doubt it was his...plus he lives up in the Clarks Summit/ Waverly area. Been years since I talked to him.

Yea the summit has a lot of really nice vehicles and I have been told that there are cars that are more rare and more expensive hiding amongst the mansions out there.

I know Clarks Summit has got quite a bit of money in it. I've seen a F430 cruising around, but not recently (maybe the 458 owner traded in). Also saw what I believe is a yellow F355 convertible on Luzerne and Main. It's usually pretty shocking to see exotics in this area for me. Makes me miss Phoenix, AZ, with exotic and classic car dealerships larger than the Toyota dealership here.

I know there is a beautiful white and blue Ford GT in the Montdale/Scott Township area that the owner drives a lot. I've also seen a 2 different Gallardo's and a few older Ferrari's in town. Also heard rumors about a few nice cars including a GT2 or GT3 up at Chapman Lake.

You guys should come down to Old Forge on a Friday night, I'm pretty sure I've seen most of the exotics come down here to the Italian restaurants here that are a block away from me. I've seen an Aston Martin, green Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR, a few Bently's a Maserati Quatroporte, a Green Murcielago roadster, and a few Ferrari's Including the one I think your talking about. There's a lot of nice cars around, you just don't see them much in our area.

I've seen the green Viper at a car show at the Viewmont mall. Hell of a nice looking car.
