Yo im jus startin into this tuner scene and very slowley thanks to my quality income, but i was tryin to find out if there is any like groups or clubs (as *** as that one sounds) around deleware county PA? Im lookin to learn thats the key to this horrible question.

and im adding this cause it seems like everyone does it in every message
