Need a good performance shop local to tuckerton area to look at my srt. My mechanic said needs to go to a specialist.

My turbo went from holding 20psi to 0 slow dropping each drive so I had the turbo manifold and waste gate replaced. Now I only have vacuum and no boost. Idk what's wrong with it and it need to go to a speciallist to diagnosis the problem. Ps there are no cell codes for this problem.
