Bike Insurance

Let's make this a good reference thread for people shopping insurance. It's always nice to see what others are paying and for what coverage. Obviously you don't have to answer the amount of citations/accidents you have had, but it helps give us an idea of rates ;-)

EDIT: Just got my coverages changed
Insurance Company: Riders Insurance - local KOP agent
Rate: $218/year
Coverage: Full Coverage ($50k, $100k, $25k for Bodily injury, Property damage, Uninsured, Underinsured motorist), $5k for peds, passenger full coverage, theft, fire, damage ($250 deductible), $8000 in gear/accessory coverage, roadside assistance, etc... damn.
Bike: '98 VFR800 Interceptor
Age: 28
Speeding Citations: None in PA in 10 years
Accidents: None in 10 years

Actually for my bike it was the cheapest. Progressive wanted 260 and Erie wanted 500. I may be wrong on my number it may be 80. I have a few different collector policies also so I lose track sometimes lol.

I am using american collector for my 66 Beetle and right now it's costing me 100 for a year. Later in the year though I am going to switch to one company for the bug, Cb and WRX so they will all be on one policy.

Yeah I have the car at a negotiated 35,000 value and the bike at 12,000. Grundy Worldwide is awesome, and right here in PA.

^What car do you have under the collector policy?

I would really like to find an insurance company to insure my car for something a little closer to what it's worth... since a 96 Honda Civic CX is worth about 2300 and I have 9-10x that in it.

Also, Rider was also the cheapest. I had a policy with Geico matched with my cars and it was almost 500 a year.

Does how long you've been riding a motorcycle affect insurance? This summer will be a year.

Edit: I just checked out riders, with the same coverage I'm getting with Geico, I can get it down to 290/year with Riders.
