Question..

I have a project car. and it was parked on my side street like this: (not this car)

a cop said that i have to get it inspected even though its a shell or it'll get towed..Can i put it in my alley way? Since thats not a city street? Or will it be the same deal. I mean i put it in my garage already but im just wondering.

Who owns the alley? Best bet is to keep it in the garage...

Again, who is the alley owned by? Chances are the county/state in which case they can tow it. Park it on your private property and you should be fine.
