Can you get them from the dealer? I really like ARP products myself and if you give them a call they'll let you know what you need. The next best thing is usually OEM. At least this is true for the top 3 Japanese car manufacturers. Not sure if this is true for you.
The turbo bolts on my car are by far better than grade 8. In fact, when people use grade 8 instead the parts will come loose and the fasteners end up getting stuck or completely destroyed when it comes time to remove them most often turning the threads in the turbo to crap. In terms of look, feel, weight, and most likely strength, our OEM fasteners are somewhere btw grade 8 and ARP's chromoly material. How about a call to a local speedshop. I know ExtremePsi on Rt1 has a few fasteners that you might be able to adapt.

Does GM still make the turbo bolts for your car? If not, I can get you the dimensions of the DSM turbo bolts. If they're the same, you can pick them up from Josh at JNZ for about 30 bucks (with washers).

The OEM GM bolts are not long enough. My Terry-Houston downpipe flange is much thicker than the OEM downpipe, requiring the bolts to be about 3/4" longer than factory. When the bolts go through the downpipe to meet the turbo, there must be a half inch sticking out...I live close to extreme PSI, maybe they can help...what are the best grades?

My personal experience was with Hahn Race Craft's super 20g turbo kit. Not sure if this is still the case but they supplied grade 8 bolts for the adapter that fit btw the turbine housing and manifold.
That was a very bad experience for me, lol. Grade 8 just wasn't meant to be used in that area. Although I guess the downpipe doesn't weigh nearly as much as the turbo and probably sees a lot less heat too. Still a lot of people have a hard enough time keeping the downpipe bolts tight sometimes. Good fasteners make a huge difference.

I have no idea what grade it would be. All I know is it is much better than grade 8.
I think they also have studs set that might work. Give them a call. I was surprised since they tend to have quite a few things in stock. I was able to get Tial hex bolts off them, 5mmx.8 in stainless steel. I was impressed.
