Are you sure you plugged everything back in? Are you getting power? Is the car doing anything when you turn it over?

Check for vac leaks, TPS, and your MAP.

Were they short or long flashes.

Google OBD-0/OBD-1 and come back with some more info so we can help.

Is it possible that you plugged them in wrong? Maybe you put the MAP connector into the TPS. I've made crazy simple mistakes that took me for ever to figure out before. Not sure if pulling the battery for a few a little would make a difference or not. Maybe resets things?

Can you install and intake mani and bigger TB without a tune in the first place? I would think that along would throw things off.

You flipped your MAP and TPS sensor plugs. Happens all the time.

i think there may be a bigger problem because this not starting stuff has been going on for awhile i think while its winter imma pull off the whole top end and do a new head gasket, timing belt, check all valves, seats, seals, warpage and anything else that comes up so when my license comes im ready

Yeah? How is this possible? Did you perform a cooling pressure test, and compression test? 99.9% of head-gaskets don't just fail, they fail due to a bad surface to boot, mistorquing, reusing TTY head bolts, and head warp. Trans is out, I can help.... oh and FYI we weren't running that night.
