i am currently boosting a 07 civic si for a customer at import dps.Here are a few pics of the work we got done in the last 2 day.It consist's of a full race ram horn manifold and down pipe and precision 6262 turbo along with a precision intercooler.A ll the fabwork of the intwrcooler piping is done by me with 2.5" on the hot side and 3" on the cold side.

as of right know we really dont know this is the first one for us.we will be upgrading the fuel system to a return style system with lager fuel pump and injectors not sure on boost yea prolly around 10psi.we also be going with a full race 3'' exhaust

everything will be done this week then all the piping is getting sent out for powder coat should be tuned next week i will post a video and results

so the car is finished and just came off the dyno. The car made 332hp on only 8psi. We will now be installing aem boost by gear and turn it up to around 18 psi and make atleast 450hp

hopefully we will get vid tomorrow it will be back on the dyno it was getting late and we need to change the plugs but you have to remove the wiper cowl to access them

Hmm that's interesting. You made 40 more whp and I made 40 more lb ft. (2.5L sentra). That turbo definitely looks larger than my t3/t4 hybrid I'm running. (8.2psi). I'm interested to see what I put down @ redline with the bigger injectors. (Fuel starved after 6k rpms) I should be close to 320whp/300 lb ft @ 9psi.

Just out of curiousity, how do you plan on running 18psi on the stock clutch and internals? Is that something the K20's can do safely? I know if I go over 10psi my motor will pop. Hell, my clutch won't hold that power.

That's a fun civic I wouldn't mind catching out on the highway late at night in mexico.

who did the tune? that some decent power. i love the full race mani i plan on upgrading to it in the spring right now im runnin the greddy log mani. if ur gonna be running 18 pounds id beef up the tranny anything over 400whp ur gonna be stripping teeths. nice work tho!

we did put a act clutch in and yea those greedy kits suck there to small, the car was tuned at import dps by randy from rstech-racing, i am also very familiar with the k trannies they are junk. here is a video of on of rstech's cars its a f sereies motor from a s2000 adapted to a k trans, this is a all motor car
