Power Steering?

Some mornings, especially when cold, when I pull out of where I'm parked, I seem to loose my power steering but only for a second. It happens when I'm parked up hill so my wheel is cut to the left, and when I go too pull out it is near impossible to turn the wheel back to the right. But then its fine after that. Any ideas?

Do you let the car warm up much??

Could be water in the rack/PS loop.

I try to let it warm up, but Im usually in a hurry so its not much more than a minute some mornings. And how would I go about fixing that?

Get a remote start and let your car warn up longer. Suby's have a neutral position safety switch so you can install a remote start system and it wont start in gear ....if its been installed correctly.

Auto parts sores or Walmart for under $50

I checked my fluid levels, and its right between the min and max for both cold and warmed temps.
