Looking to buy my first s13, what are some things/tell tale signs I should look for

dont know much about 240s but id say look for rust, bent frames, the usual for older cars. Good luck on finding one you like

Frame rail rust under the drivers door
Rear frame rail rust by exhaust hanger
Floor rust
Timing chain noise
Leaking steering rack
Ball joints

Find a car spend 25 bucks at Firestone or tires plus and have them go over the car on a lift and check all joints and arms.
