Looks very straight foreward: http://www.ehow.com/how_2241962_adju...ntegra-ls.html

I've never done it before, but I don't see any reason I couldn't help. Even though the article says you can re-use the gasket, I would just repalce it while its appart. I'm not a fan of ever resuing a gasket just because they are so cheap.

its pretty simple and you can normally re use the vavle cover gasket, shouldnt be hard to find someone to do it for cheap.

im starting to get a code for running to rich, i definitely do need a valve adjustment you can really hear my valves ticking, i replaced everything you could think of for my cel code

Primary o2 sensor with a ntk
purolator fuel filter
ngk spark plugs
ngk wires
new cap
new rotor
two bottles of sea foam
oil
oil filter
tranny fluid
and a filter i had laying around because i got it without one
and i cleaned the iacv

i ran 89 gas for the hell of it and ran perfect then i put 87 in the code came back on its P0170 P0172 i know P0172 is running to rich but i have no idea what the other one is, i did everything i could think of for the cell to go away. but it keeps coming back so it brings me back to a valve adjustment, in the morning when the car is running cold it will stall out when im trying to reverse or go in first, but once its warmed up its fine but the idle will fluctuate a little bit, before i changed my fuel filter the car would turn off when i put into neutral coming to a stop

can anybody help me out with that?

I am about an hour north of KOP and can help you out. You have to make sure the motor is cold before doing the valve adjustment.

OP I would suggest taking it to someone that knows what they are doing or have a damn good rep on this forum to help you out on this.
Not somethign I would suggest just by going from a write up, tho there are plenty of write ups on this via www.honda-tech.com

also wondering why you used 2 cans of sea foam on your car?
