2001 Passat 1.8t, how do you refill the automatic transmission fluid?

I have a friend who asked me how to refill his auto tranny fluid on his 01 passat because he accidentally let out all the fluid. I told him I have I have no idea, I'm a volvo mechanic lol. Anyone wanna clue me in? Thanks.

You have to fill it from being cold and at a certain temperature until it flows out then it is full.
