Fuse/Relay Box

Something is draining power from my car, reason it is running like total crap... And there is gosh awful clicking noises coming from relay box, i took it off and I was feeling each relay(fuses are fine) and the one is clicking really bad and car is going nuts, will not stay charged, and once battery dies a/f and whatnot goes all over... if i first start it and take it out, runs fine that after that first boost it runs like total ass, than i can't even start my car, should i start by going over that relay? never messed with one before, but it clicks really bad and u can feel it if you put your finger on top.

what is the relay labeled for?

sounds like you have a charging system issue. possibly a major ground would be my first guess.
