that's fine. mite be better since i'm actually looking to rent an shop/warehouse or place by myself. Kinda don't feel safe the amount of tools i would be storing their (like your friend talon that doesn't know them) I have found some good places but their like an 1hr+ from boyertown.

Eventually i would like to open an small/side business. I'v been going to the local nite tech school that's been offering and have taken basic auto body (body work and HVLP Spray paint) and currently taking welding classes.

I'm pretty good around cars since i started driving. currently the only time any of my cars go to the mechanics is for inspection and emission only.

Also am looking for a place to rip apart my 94 f250 as an project. Needs alot of space just for my liking. been gathering info on an engine transplant....Will be powered by a Cummins definitely will be an bastard child

That would be nice. just let me know when you have another project going on. I really enjoyed the nite class and wished they went longer (the class was design for hobbyist). have been slowly collecting some tools. currently i have an devilbiss finishline 3 gun. not the greatest but a good beginning start.

Hmm...Any info on the garage? sounds interesting since it's right in town.

thanks
mike

How far are you from Hazleton PA, 18201? How much are you looking to spend per month? How much room is needed? I have an entire other side of my garage that will fit 10+ cars, Heats, lights, water, bathroom, work shop, and upstairs bar all included aswell as garbage included... Rear 10ft door, Front 12ft door, Both electric. Rear man door. 600gal waste oil burner, ETC. (You can get it over 100* in there easily , Even knowing its very large). I have a half wall up (wooden, Dividing the middle of the other part where I paint most of my cars, Which also has a basement.

It's commercial zoned property aswell so never any worry of cars ETC being there. It might help you out to learn more about cars and painting aswell, Being I paint ALOT of my cars every month..

Yup. That offer sounds freaking good. uggg...

I have not found a place yet But when i do it's way over my budget..Sucks.

All the good garage/warehouse that's zone industrial are freakin minimal hour away.

usually for a building including the utilities with water, You'll be spending $1,000+ a month. I'm not sure exactly how much you're looking to spend, Or the amount things rent for in your area, Though.
