Well the preseason starts tonight. Who's excited!? I personally have to work tonight so I'll miss the beginning if not mostly all of the game.

I've been eagarly awaiting this moment since game 6 of the cup finals...i honestly can't wait. I'm a huge phillies fan but i think the flyers game will take center stage for me tonight. I think at this point the flyers are a top 4 team in the eastern conference, and given the returning talent and exceiting run last year, my expectations are through the roof. Go Flyers!!!!

I can't wait for the season to begin in October. I love making it to the playoffs, less time without the Flyers!

I'm honestly about 98% sure it's gonna be leighton...the fact that he got resigned is the clincher. Plus they lost ray emery to free agency so he's not an option. And even though he's a fan favorite, boucher is better set as a backup. That's the best i can do haha.

Thanks. Leighton's backup looked really good. I think the offense was kind of shaky all night, but it's not the full season. I'm very excited, nevertheless.

Yea and that's not even a real line, alot of people are trying out I think it's 8 regular players you have to play or something like that.

I was at the Phils tonight so I didn't catch any of the game. Did Nikolai Zherdev play at all? He's my favorite player, so I was so excited when I heard we signed him.

Zherdev has been tearing sh** up. I just hope that we don't go to a shootout EVERY game in the real season.
