Well he rode my a** down the street so I almost cut someone off to get out of his way and he turned onto 309 at about 9:30. There was a b-out sticker on the windshield.

its probably black i see it all the time it has blue lower control arms. He is one of the guys i dont know of. i see him all the time in lansdale

What does b-out it mean? Is it the name of a crew or club? I see the same two or three cars all the time.

b.out is a group of friends/families that like to chill and work on their cars. just like any other "club"

yep that would be them. used to see them at the old borders/lowes-red lobster/ross meets all the time.
