Car meet tonite 8/30/2010 / car cruise maybe next weekend

Hi Everyone my names corey and I m trying to get a meet going on Mondays since the one on RT 1 is shut down I was thinking of having it at menlopark mall in Edison in the back parking lot near the parking garadge. If anyone is intrested please let me no I know it's short notice sorry about that.
Also I'm trying to get a car cruise going soon and I have about 4 people right now that are down to go but if any of you are intrested in doing a cruise somewhere and maybe stopping for lunch and take some pictures along the way let me no maybe we can set something up for next weekend or when everyone is available.

the only problem i see with menlo is the rent-a-cops... there used to be meets there way back when but they got shutdown. malls arent great places because of security unless you have permission from the mall. the best thing to do is have it at places where it either generates revenue for the business (i.e dunkin/starbucks or fast food places) so they wont care or at places you have owner/property permission. i know it sucks but its the reality of things...

im with G6Girl. they will bust that meet in a heart beat. they bust my ass for just hanging out in the parking lot with a co worker. i would like a good central meet too. best buy was a nice ass meet, but i cant believe ppl dont kno how to act. i was just in detroit about a month ago and the car meets they are nice. 8 o clock meet ups, by 10 you got about a good 40-60 car roll out to just cruise around town. anywhooossssss. lets start something. we could use the lot behind famous daves/pizza unos/pollo tropical. right off rt 1 south bound. because its in the backk, it shouldnt attract any dumbasses, if we keep it low key im thinkin wednesdays. They still have the monday meets on rt 18.

yea that's cool you don't think the cops will give us any problems there? And I was going to make a new thread for a car cruise but I didn't wanna get in trouble for making a bunch of threads. I was thinking about having meets during the week and having a car cruise on the weekend so we could do it during the day. We could all meet in the morning at the spot we pick for Wednesday night meets and than roll out from there maybe grab lunch sometime during the day. I'm not sure where to go iv been looking around I wanna go somewhere kinda far but not like 4 hours away. I was also looking at places we can go to take pics of r cars with a cool backround but I'm not really sure where yet if you guys have any ideas please let me no.

as far as a meet spot what about amc/loewes in new brunswick on rt 1... right in front of the large grassy spot is an empty section of parking lot that no one uses

cindy, that spot is nice and bigg, but the theater has a renta cop. and every so often, a cop would chill in that lot.

im down to meet up tomorro nite behind unos. ill see who i can get to come out. a lot of my friends went back to school.

been a while, lol.

Anywho, I am probably going to bring back my bi-weekly sunday afternoon meets in Piscataway now that summer is over, school's back, and people are back from vacations. I always liked it because it was a daytime meet, so no issues of being kicked out for looking suspicious, and we never had problems with the lot security there so long as everyone follows the normal meet rules. I'll be either bumping the old thread, or making a new one soon for it.

The meet scene in Central NJ is completely and utterly dead. Sams club was a pathetic joke, and best buy was nice at first, and of course, fell into the same crap that every other night time meet falls into eventually. At least daytime meets keeps the ass hats at bay

As of right now there's going to be atleast 30 cars there and the meets behind the UNOs pizza and famous Daves on Rt 1 in Edison right near menlopark mall
