Yea that was me. Got like a 110 dollar fine for curfew, but I'm gonna fight it and might not have to pay it because the only reason he pulled me over is because I "looked young and he needed to check." I don't look under 18, so he was just being a dick. Oh well. Funny **** though, because he made my parents wake up and come drive my car home, and my dad cursed out the cop and ****. Funny as hell.

gonna be hard to fight, they can stop you for what ever reason they want

do they really have nothing better to do than send 3 patrol cars on one kid for looking under 18

That's what I'm saying dude. I was going to some chicks house in the apartments, but if I would have went through the light, its Montgomeryville and he would have been out of jurisdiction. I wish I would have known that, cause I knew he was going to pull me over. He was riding my ass all the way down Cowpath. But also, I'm 99% sure that they can not pull you over for looking underage, because that is not a probable cause at all besides they think I'm under 18. If I fight it, and lose, oh well. I'll just get some community service or some **** again.

No, they can still actually ticket you out of Jurisdiction if you were speeding or something in it but in John's case he probally would have radioed but could technically still give him the ticket.

Haha I was looking for a word to describe it, and prejudice does just that. And Jerry, they can pull you over out of jurisdiction IF they start the pursuit (Turn on lights), and you drive out of jurisdiction.

The cop was one that I had contact with when I parked the wrong way outside my brother's house and he was outside giving me a ticket. So I'm guessing he's just going to say he knew that I had a Junior Driver's License. But my thought is that even if he knew it was my car... It could have been my dad, brother, friend, etc. driving the car... I know they can't pull me over just to check, that's a fact. Well I mean they do whatever the **** they want anyway, but only the smart people realize that suburb police need something to do so they do random ****, but you can actually fight it and get away with it.

They have SO many procedures they have to follow that people don't know about. You just need to show they broke one and your off, most of the time.

I know man, I took the same way home again today like 15 minutes to 11 to see if he would try to pull me over again, so I could laugh in his face and tell em to take a hike. But then when I made my right onto Line Street, I saw the Montgomeryville Sign right after the light. I was like "If I would have known, I definitely would have drove through that light." And making a right onto Line, your in Lansdale. He was so close to his border, I'm pissed man.

I don't care about the fine, I just want to try to fight it so this guy doesn't keep bothering me. Although, he probably will bother me more haha. And I just see me going into court, the judge is going to ask one question and I'm going to answer it, and he will tell me to leave and I'd have to pay it. The question will be, "Well son, you were out after your curfew correct?" Ill answer yes, and he will just be like "Alright, leave my courtroom, I got more 'what I think is important' things to deal with."

If it was Philly, they would just be happy that you actually have a license and they would let you on your way haha. Suburb cops are like the equivalent of Mall Cops with guns and a pen to write worthless tickets.

The FUNNIEST thing he said was that he wasn't going to let me drive home because if I got wrecked by a drunk driver after he was in contact with me, it would be on him. And I was just like, "Dude, you should be getting that drunk driver off the damn road if he's gonna hit me." And he told me to get my parents to pick my car up or he'd tow it, and I was like, "Uhhh, I'm still going to be driving in my car, just in the passenger seat, that drunk driver your talking about is still going to murder my ass." And then he was trying to give me another ticket for some bull that I didn't even know existed. Hate cops around here man, nothing better to do besides torment people.

A mall cop pulled me over cause i left work too fast. An hour after the mall closed. After he told me he was still standing there and I sped off. He sat at the stop sign near the exit to make sure I left too. I hate them HAHA.

Yea Jerry, the night I was trying to drift my FWD car in the mall parking lot a mall cop came and chased me out of the mall, it was pretty funny.

And yea Wolf, they will pull ya over around here for anything. I got pulled over the one time for "Riding the lines too closely." I get way too much attention in my car. I need to paint it black or something haha. And the worst is they proved they have nothing better to do yesterday, because they brought three cop cars for a curfew violation and blocked me in, and at night, theres only three patrol cars out anyway. So they used everyone for a curfew violation. Stupid idiots.

The night of one of the blizzards we got I was out there like an hour after it started with my friend with his procharged S10 and they chased me out sideways. I actually remember trying to stop at the stop sign and sliding through and just keep going.
