Anyone go to Penn State Berks? Just started today and saw some decent cars, couple 350s, g35s, WRXs, an STi or 2. (Pardon my ignorance if theres already a thread about this but i searched and didnt find anything.)

my brother is in his second year at penn state berks, and drives a black modded focus (it sounds sooo ****ty right now, but that should soon change), and his roommate drives a blue svt focus... my brother also knows the guy with the murdered srt4, but i forget his name

CK, When are any more NEW cars going out to Sonic? This past Saturday was DEAD! I'm tired of seeing honda after honda after vw after vw after ricers after ricers after hon..... well you get my point.

On a side note.... Penn State Sucks! Iowa is where it's at!!! Only problem with living in Berks County is you got to keep hearing about those damn Nittany Lions! Go Hawkeyes!

Bump met a fellow student with a 680rwhp 03-04 fully built cobra, saw a orange 350z w/rims and a white one that looked stock.

I went to the Sonic once, I got rubbed the wrong way. Seems like noone wanted to meet anyone new so I said f' it. Haven't been back since. Plus a good chunk of the cars were ****ter then my beater was.

I went to PSU Berks on 02/03 when they were still remodeling it.

Berk's has a great opportunity for a really good car scene, but no one is really getting together for "the cause" (if you look back a year ago i made a thread just like this ambitious, 0 replies... lol)

Scratch that. For the past couple years there has been a "street tuners" club , probably a good thing for meeting people. but last semester i think it kinda died out... if you get a few people together you could easily bring it back...

Berks County isn't what it used to be. Go back 3 years and you would have found groups of cars hanging out everywhere from Arby's on 5th street highway, to Barnes and Noble in Wyomissing, to Sheetz back on 5th Street, to the lot next to Walmart in temple... It's sad cause of what it's become. :-\ I want the old style of hanging out to come back.

yea reading's dead in general. itd be awesome to revive the car scene but theres always issues with local meets.

The only cops in berks county that actually don't mind car meets happening are the Exeter Cops. All other cops are dicks and tell everyone that they're gonna start handing out tickets...... I've seen cops try to hand out tickets for loitering when there were no "No Loitering" signs up. It's become rediculous!

its Sonic's Property. Unless you break the law, the police can't remove you unless sonic request it. (i assume thats how it would work). The police will hand out tickets after sonic gets fed up with it. And considering they put trashcans out in the parking lot, and have never complained, im assuming they dont mind. 100 cars outside their store is $$ for them.
