1997 Honda Civic EX Coupe 5-speed
Sunroof, CD player, rear spoiler, all the "cool" things from the 90s haha. Car has had some bodywork, but nothing structural was damaged, on the plus side it looks like the whole thing was repainted so it looks really clean, interior is very nice as well. 109k miles and change, they had it up for $4999, I settled on $4400, it even has the super performing D16Y8

Engine bay is very clean in person, no signs of leaks, car drove great.

Plans? Not many, I just want to have a nice quiet commuter. Might look for some OEM Honda 15" alloys when the tires on the steelies wear out (they are new so it will be a while), maybe some stereo to make the drive more enjoyable, and definately light tint. Otherwise, this is the MSM replacement, and while I will miss the Miata very much, I need the money and have other things I want to focus on right now in my life.

arn't turbo kits for these things relatively cheap?

do that and you dont need some loud obnoxious exhaust, so its quick and still a good DD

D-series turbo kits can be built cheap, but it's not the route I'm taking, at least not now. Gonna use the car for what it is, a slow, boring, economical commuter.

Jesse, if I pick it up tonight I may swing out to the SA meet in NJ.

You now have vtec! For some reason, with just an intake, these cars become loud under WOT. My buddy has a 00' EX, Si wheels, lip, and skirts. Makes the car look worlds better.

GF has an 02 Dx with a stupid exhaust on it (although it doesnt sound raspy or loud and it she bought it that way).. who wants to trade for stock exhaust? lol

The only things I wanna do off the bat are to paint the wiper arms and window trim cause it's all faded and nasty. And probbably do something with the valve cover, maybe just Flitz polish it.
