So I bought an old Acura Integra from my friend for $500. Not sure where to begin to start modding it. Any ideas would be appreciated. Low budget as well. It has 204000 miles. So far my only plans are window tint, hids, and just a tune up. It already has a skunk racing manifold, some intake, a muffler.

If you have another car just use this as a daily driver.. hell its got a sh*t tone of miles on it just drive it till the wheels fall off integra's are great cars having 2 project cars to modd is a real pain in the a**

yes I am using it as my DD since my cobalt is in pieces right now, its really nice for such an old cheap car.

Not bad.. take care of it. Integra;s are great cars. i went to school with a kid who had a 91 aside from him blowing his clutch twice a year that car was a tank. i like the duel headlight style though.

Clean it up. Lower it on LS's or Blades and you set.

4 door, I think it is lowered too. And don't they all come with dual headlights? My sister just got a 98 hatch too so its funny that we both have acura's now

If i remember correctley (havent owned or worked on honda/acura in a while)4 door=GSR engine

And the 93 and down integra's had the bigger one peice headlights... not my style but still pretty nice.

Its like i said dont quote me on it but im 99% sure that all 4 door integra's were GSR motors... not bad for $500

not all the 4 doors have GSR motors. Only a small group did. As for what u should do with the car. I would just detail the hell out of the car and maybe like you said, tint, wheels, HIDs, lowere it. The car should like pretty clean afterwards. Don't put anything into the engine unless its needed. Then and if your ready, drop a different motor in it and it should be a blast to drive after that.
