I saw this one the news last night. Sounds good. IM guessing tint and front window decals no longer will fail inspection? Stick can be ticketed but pass inspection!!!

exactly, so why just not make it legal? lol theyre tryna cut costs without eliminating revenue, owell atleast now i dont have to take my tint off so i can get my jersey plates

Making motorcycles exempt was a smart move. I watched a bunch of them wait, baking in the sun for hours just to show their turn signals worked.

I still dream of the day when OBD 1 vehicles are exempt though.

OBD I diesel cars are...get an old diesel chassis and swap something nasty into it.

I went through the other day, and the car in front of me had its reverse lights stuck on and two brake lights out and it passed...

Just because it passes inspection doesn't mean that the Police won't still give you a ticket for tint.
