Can/do you whistle with just your mouth, can you do the 'finger whistle'

i remember when i couldnt whistle, when i was 7 id try all day until i got it down, i wish i could finger whistle though.

I couldn't for the longest time though, I taught myself at some point in the last 5 years after I accidentally did it one day.
