Ok so last week i purchased the new blackberry curve 2 for verizon wireless, up until today the phone was perfect. But i began to have problems this is what happened.

1) the phone was charging, was fully charged an i unplugged it, the phone was very warm...

2) worked ok, then disconnected a call and where it says 3g and the top right, it said "off", so i had to go to system management or somethin and turn verizon back on, kept doin this but it would only work for a few seconds.

I then turned it back on after i rebootoed, said i was low on battery, phone was very hot still.

I then took the battery out and put it back in, it rebooted, same thing...phone was still on the "off" setting.

Then i took the battery out again let it cool down. it wont even turn on now, plugged it in to computer and normal socket. NOTHING

the phone is a week old

any help please guys?

I'd bet the charger took a small power surge. I used to see it all the time. Take it back and they will give you a new one.

but i used 2 different chargers that worked on the phone....nothing

drove to oxford mall, wouldnt do anything...drove to woodhaven, told me i had to go to the store where i got it. Made a trip down to ocean city NJ....finally got a phone, person came into store as i was about to leave with same problem haha anyone else experience this?
