I don't really want to post anything and start any issues but i'm wondering if they are still investigating the whole situation? I feel really bad anytime a car enthusiast passes especially one that so many of my friends knew so it's been effecting me as well even when i only talked to him a handful of times.

never seen a funeral like this . i know robby watched us and laugh at every burn out we did. over 150 cars at the cemetery. his mom and dad got in the s2k and rev it . it was sad . we miss you robby . always in our heart

This is the last and final post regarding this horrific tragedy!! This is Jess's mother and we are devastated for this loss of a wonderfull loving person! We realize that all of Robby's friends and especially his family are devasted and we send our most heartfelt condolenses. I was at my boyfriends house that night and Jessica had a few people over to celebrate Allyssa Badman's (Ally) 21st birthday. This wasn't a "party" but only a small get together. There were only a few people over and they were spending the night here. Robby brought his own alcohol and was drinking heavily. His car was parked outside our home and was put to sleep in Jess's room. Somehow NO ONE KNOWS HOW OR WHY Robby got outside the house. FYI we DO NOT HAVE AN UPSTAIRS!! From that point as soon as Jess realized he was not in her room she called him IMMEDIATELY!!! The call went straight to voicemail, she thought maybe one of his friends picked him up being that his car was still parked outside. She facebooked him early in the AM on Friday but no reply! His friends came over around 11 AM Friday looking for him and that was the first time we heard ANYTHING MORE!!!!!!! Jessica was HYSTERICLY IN SHOCK!!! We have had his friends over here since then 2 more times and spoke to them on the phone NUMBEROUS TIMES afterwards trying to give them as much info as possible. INCLUDING a DETAILED time line (which we gave them a copy) of EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT!! INCLUDING WHO WAS HERE AND THERE PHONE NUMBERS!!!! I realize this makes no sense, and believe me WE WANT TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TOO!!!!! The only info we have gotten was he "supposedly" broke into 2 cars a PT Cruiser and then a truck down the street from us, and then "supposedly stole" the explorer. We were told this Sunday night by the person down the street (who's car it was) (this being the FIRST TIME WE SPOKE TO THEM) that there was a high speed chase by the police early Fri resulting in the accdent. ****When Jess's replied to this last post and said no one was at our house she meant people on this site or down the street were not here. PLEASE UNDERTAND SHE IS ALSO EXTEMELY UPSET WHILE TRYING TO SPEAK!!! WE HAVE NEVER MET THE PEOPLE THAT THE CAR WAS STOLEN FROM UNTIL SUNDAY NIGHT WHEN THIS CARLY PERSON POSTED HER INFO!!!! Please I ask you all to understand that we are truly sorry for the horrific loss here!!!!! Jess has been chastized, accused of lying, friends have turned there backs on her and she was even asked to leave the funeral. SHE IS MORNING ALSO!!!! Every detail of that night has been givin TO THE ABSOLUTE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE!!!! The stigma of "the girl with the pink Integra" is everywhere!! She LOVED ROBBY TOO!!! Again we are deeply deeply sorry for this tragedy, but please I ask you all to try and put yourselves in our place! WE DO NOT KNOW ANY MORE THAN THIS!!!! If any of the boys that came to our house over and over again read this they will tell you we are the ones that have CALLED THEM WITH EVERY AND ANY DETAILS WE HAD !!!! Looks like a case of people not being able to handle the truth or not wanting too. I've been there, for like the past 2 years, and believe me its probably the worst feeling ever. I feel for this Jess girl and everybody just needs to listen to what the authorities tell them for if there's something wrong with the story, they will be the first ones to know. It's their job.

im sorry for this but if you werent home how the **** you know he was drinking ? you can run but cant hide . justice will be serve . and anyone involve in this will pay . not a minute goes by that we dont miss him . he is so special to us and someone took him from us . i dont give a **** wat it takes foir us to find out . i know he'd do the same for any of us .

ya deff try to keep this to the kids he was friends with..we don't want a meet just to hang out we want it to be something meaningful like the one for Joe an Dave spires..Ive been reading everyone's posts and i wanted to thank everyone for all the respect. Thanks again everyone..i was really close with robby and i dont want rumors started over him and i dont want ppl looking down upon him about how he died.

Trust me, everyone that knew Rob remembers the Rob they knew, to me, he wasn't a thief or a bad guy, so I just see this as an unfortunate freak accident.

I understand how you feel, it's a hard time for everyone. I don't blame Jess or anyone else, there's no reason or evidence to do that.

I don't even want to think twice about what you just said...you're basically putting the blame on Jess and her family for this?! Are you out of your mind? Let the police do their investigation and don't play the Columbo role, you're only making it harder for everyone else to come to terms with the fact that he's gone by trying to play the law and giving people useless info to worry about. If you're going to bring this kind of attitude with you on Saturday, don't come, it's a day for getting together and remembering Robby, not pointing fingers.

Im not going to say anything about any party cuz i have no idea... all i want to say is that this is very sad... and as far as i read almost everyone thinks rob was drunk... and I hope that this tragedy teaches everyone to please stop drinking and driving.. I have lost alot of people to drinking and driving... Everyone needs to be safer and not drink and drive. And I don't know why the mother wouldn't be paying attention to a girl's 21st birthday... i mean typically what do people do for their 21st birthday? People need to think ahead... And for people who say that they are best friends at that party.. I would never leavve my best friends side if i thought she was completely trashed. well rest in peace Rob...

That's great. See my quote below. Lets try to keep this to a memorial thread, not a Pointing fingers, taking guesses, and or giving opinions thread. It's a tragedy in itself, let alone people injecting their thoughts on what should of happened or what should have been done. What happened, happened. Give your respects, take from it what you will.
