i love responding to emails at work...

her, "I will keep searching."

me, "I don’t think you’re going to find anything"

i laughed... its the little things i do to keep myself amused. she isn't going to find what she's looking for... because, as i told them... i don't do the specific task that would result in her finding what she was looking for. and no one else has done that specific task.

Good luck with that. It's that way everywhere. I have been waiting for my raise now that was "promised" to me 7 months ago. Guess who wont be seeing that for an other 6 months? me. And it's the same case, doing the work of 3 people. They don't ****ing care. Which sucks, but its reality. yay for being an adult.

I know.

But stand up and be proud you have a job.

we were told flat out that we weren't getting raises last year.

i'm sure with the marketing team being extra super proud of the additional millions upon millions over their projected goal (i'm talking somewhere between 20-30) that the company will still say we ain't getting ****

i was due a 3-4% increase last year... and the same this year. ain't happening. whatever... this is why i'm trying to start my own business.
