Can we get the wedding limo to join the crab run? This way he can make it and not miss the wedding. We could even make this a formal event and wear tuxedos too. Although I'm sure the tux rental places around here wouldn't appreciate crab remnants all over the tuxedos.

I did not hear any horror stories of bottom outs but I don't think any of these folks were "slammed" that went on the first one. Oh, that's fine. I built the car to race it, not to hardpark and look pretty forever

How would these roads compare to River RD in the Yardley/ New Hope area? I'v ran the car there a few times and it wasn't too bad. I had the occasional bottom-out but that's extected.

Some of the roads are a little more primative than those. Thats actually a pretty major road. There will be some of those as well. If you scrape on River Road you will definately scrape on these. Normal height or slightly lowered cars will not have this issue.

FINALLY I found this.. this gives you a better idea. This is only an example of what maybe one or two roads would be like except wider. See the peaks and dips..

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......outch. Maybe I'll raise you the car for this. That road would END my car @ the height it is right now.

Not sure what to say other than I hope there is a way you can make it and glad I said something.. I would not want anything happening to your car.
I will be taking it easy on these roads but better to be safe than sorry.

Yea baby! Im in! Now ive got about 5 or 6 weeks to get my new toy ready! By then I should have crossed drilled/slotted rotors, new pads and all the preventive maintenece I can think of.


Ps If you've never been on one of these runs makes sure you brakes are in perfect working order. Chances are you will feel and expeirence brake fade. Its not fun when you put the pedal to the floor and the car keeps going.

Hey! This one is actually not as speedy as others.. All of these items are still great to have because sometimes OEM is not that fantastic. There will be a zippy road here or there but nothing that should cause anyones brakes to fade as long as your brakes are in good working order.

Trust me it will not be boring though..

Added this to the end of my no show blurb in the first post and will also be making this a part of my email announcement to the participants. Waiting until the run fills up before sending out.

Man it is such a shame you can not make it.. If you need some help with a Fall run my schedule is fairly open in September a nd I have not driven nearly enough this year.. although tomorrow silver_streaker and I will be at Summit Point for a track day!! WOOHOO

I dunno! It seems to me that the speedy runs are harder on my brakes the autoX ever was but thats just me. I just thought Id throw it out there. Id rather see everyone more safe then sorry.

Thats all I was stating. Ive done a bunch of runs at this point and just throwing out some info. Oh yea walkie talkies are a must. It makes the run so much better and funnier.
