What the hell? My phone has had no service on my treo 650 and for 2 days now. Why couldn't they use sim cards!

Off to the sprint repair store tomorrow. Regular sprint store has no idea whats wrong since everything is set properly.

I've paid over $100 in insurance already and this is going to be the 2nd time bringing the phone in. 1st time it took 1 hour on a waiting list just to hand them my phone. Another 45 minutes on the waiting list after delivery just to pick up my refubished phone(center city store)!

as much as I love my palm phones, they always seem to have the wierdest problems

had the same issue with nextel. One day, i lost all service. they told me to upgrade my insurance and they could fix it, next thing you know, im paying 20 more bucks a month and they couldnt fix my cell.

Out the door with a new refurbished phone in 40 minutes!

Beats the 2.5 hours total wasted in the store last time.
