Twin turbo 300zx engine idle and performance problem

My friend just dropped a tt motor into his n/a chassis....everything seemed alright .but we started it with just downpipes on and smoke is pouring everywhere...there was fuel coming straight out of the rightside downpipe ..so does that mean all of the cylinders are not fireing ? ..Engine is real sluggish ...anyone got any ideas ??

Test your coil packs, ohm your injectors, and inspect your wiring harness.

Check for massive boost leaks, etc.

Will do. I told my friend that your shop would like to fix it, so he said he'll consider it if he cant fix it himself
