It's easy to miss, especially if your monitor goes into sleep mode and then has to come back on during the restart. By the time the picture displays the boot loader has already defaulted to Windows.

When your computer restarts try hitting the down arrow key every few seconds. Sometimes this will stop the timer on the boot loader.

I installed this on my work computer and it went VERY quickly.

When I installed in on my laptop it got hung on this same section. I didn't touch it for about 20 minutes and then it finished the installation.

I say give it some time.
