AFTER ALL THIS TIME.... [ranting]

IM FINALLY GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM MY DRUG ADDICT BROTHER....

Left my computer at home in my room locked friday while im at work, smart me i deposited every last dollar i had in my room to the bank since last time my brother stole $600+ from me and the time before that $580, anyways back to the story...

well like i said my laptop was home locked in my bedroom, while i was at work. I hadnt noticed anything wrong until today im at school and i throw my headphones to listen to music while i do classwork in my Art Direction class (its a joke by the way). Load up itunes go to recently added, thought id find some of my newest music.... Nope

I find that 12 stones and Iced Earth are newly downloaded song to my library...

wait WTF?111!!!1 I dont listen to them, i mean i have had iced earth in the past but i dont listen to them.... Oh but who does? my crack head wigger wearing whitenosed disowned brother. Oh **** and the download date, friday the 23rd at 2:30 in the afternoon. I WAS AT WORK!

So once again this asshole had broken into my room and wanted to steal more money something but after not finding anything he decides to use my huge stack of blank cd's, i never use them anyway, and download some songs and make some cds he can listen to while riding the tart cart in the morning, or blast at 7am in the living room while im passed out on the couch. Well little did he know that now that i have substantial proof he was in my room, since him being the only one home before wasnt enough to prove him guilty (my mom believes ghost, dogs and neighbors come into our house during the day, insert sarcasim here, hey thats my mom!). I basically told my mom that hey Im breaking his neck next time and i want my $1000+ now! and they will because they have controll of his savings account.

**** HIM , I guess pay back really is a bitch.

...oh and this couldnt come at any better time, i have just spent $400 on my senior project this weekend and i need coilovers on the 240 like NOW.

Oh yeah and just an FYI for people who dont know, i havent talked to my brother in over a year and this is just one of the reasons.

Clifnotes:
Brother gets out of jail
Crackhead brother steals $500+ (parents dont believe)
3 months later another $600+ (still dont believe)
over $1000 later he breaks into room again, finally caught and rents believe
/BALLIN!]

Im ROFLLAMMA all over

It sounds like your parents don't want to kick him out because of what might happen.

dude, is this your little brother or older brother, I'm missing the line where you beat the living crap out of him after the first theft, do you fear conflict, I dont understand you, obviously if he stole twice with no problems(your fault) obviously he's gonna walk on you and do it again.
if you can't stand up for what is rightfully yours against your own family, are you gonna stop somone from breaking in your car, or just watch them drive off from the bushes then call the cops and make another rant thread

i have beat the **** out of him, but in reality what does that bring? nothing, but the last time i did he called the cops on me. I dont fear conflict, i just have learned to not turn to conflict as my first, second or third choice after loosing jobs do to fighting and having a few D.c.'s on my record in the past.

Hello again illiterate air force man, guess you didnt read the whole thing, my money is in the bank. Infact i think me and my dad found the way he knew i had money. We think that he over heard me and my dad talking about what im doing with my car (although my dad doesn't really understand cars but likes to learn, and had heard me telling my dad i was planning on buying a part or whatever on the weekend. Thats how we think he got the idea that i would have money in my room.

for the record the money was only in my room because i withdrew it from my account. no one should ever keep money at home like that.

Seriously, if my little brother did drugs at all I'd pull him up and down the stairs by his ankles for 24 hours straight. If he stole money from me he'd be lucky to be breathing.

Oh I read the whole thing and you never mentioned about withdrawing money to buy parts. Is that missing grand in the bank? I read that you knowing left a grand sitting in your room when you knew that you couldn't trust your brother.
Congrads on using your bank account now. All grown up!
Now get a check book and maybe even a debit card.

LJ, sorry to hear man. remember the green jeep i drove down to your place when i was picking up the integra? about a month after that my youngest brother totalled it head-on into a parked Explorer after taking out 7 other cars while running from the police. evidently he was high as s*** from pills, weed, etc... didn't even know what he did until 3 days after. he spent over a month in jail for that. i was telling you all about my younger bro and all the problems we'd been having... he's stolen money from me countless times, right out of my own wallet while i'm sleeping. like your case, my dad never believed me. well when the cops showed up after the 'incident', he FINALLY swung around to my side and started to realize that i was right all along. sad to say, i know all about the problems within the family thing.

to all of you guys who are critizizing him for doing certain things 'wrong'.. i.e. leaving money in his room.. someone should not have to protect things under lock and key from people living in the same house. family. these are people you're supposed to trust. after it happens the first time i'd be aware and start protecting it more, but still.. it's hard to switch over into a guarded mode where you have to keep everything secret from your own family members just to keep what's yours. it's something that noone wants to believe when it has happened to them, especially parents.

also, beating the s*** out of your younger brother because he stole money from you or whatever is not going to change things. i tried that. it made him worse. it makes no progress at all.

unfortunately, you'll never know how it feels until a family member does it to you... which i wouldn't wish on anyone. it's a s***ty feeling to have to guard your belongings in your own house or even in your own room.
